This section explains how Aimzine Limited uses any information you give us and the ways in which we protect your privacy. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Under the Data Protection Act, we have a legal duty to protect any information we collect from you. We take appropriate security measures to safeguard your data and apply strict security standards and controls to prevent unauthorised access to it.
If you send us an e-mail message or complete an on-line form, we will use your e-mail or postal address and any information you provide to respond to your query, comments or to send you Aimzine, the online investment magazine. The information may only be disclosed to appropriate staff to deal with, or respond to, your message or registration.
If we collect any additional information from you in consultations, surveys or questionnaires we will inform you of what your information will be used for.
Disclosure of personal information: We do not disclose your personal information to any third party. We will disclose information when required to do so by law or in response to a request from a law enforcement agency. We may aggregate certain user data such as postcode or age group to create a user profile which may be disclosed to an appropriate third party.
If you unsubscribe from Aimzine all of your data will be removed from our files and the record destroyed.
